Finished loading up the field test update for the adjustable mini detail spray gun. Compared the the 2 Piece Professional Automotive HVLP Spray Gun Kit Central Pneumatic - Item#94572 [harborfreight.com] you can get the mini and big brother for half the cost. See what I am talking about in the last episode 05 of the series

Adjustable Mini Detail Spray Gun Part 03 Field Test [youtu.be]

You can use the 25 off Q for the mini gun and I have attached the Q for the larger spray gun.

Happy shopping.

Yes!!! It does. In fact if you set it to MAX to a 18 Gauge steel plate, it will burn right through it.

I have a video review on the 90 amp MIG flux core that might help you and a better Q if you are interested.

Converted a few discarded BBQ pits into a welding cart/table.

My father liked mine so much he bought one for himself.

Hehe hey James, next time you're at HF can you measure the actual length of the 56" tool cabinet? Have a feeling HF includes the side handles like they did in the 44" (42" actual) cabinet.

OK here you go. Measure the actual length in the store.
Roller Cabinet, 56", 11 Drawer Industrial U.S. General - Item#67681 for $599.99!!! Part 02 [youtu.be]

I will still check other HF to see stock, length, and discount Q will work.

I have an update to the GC. I got a message from HF to call them to release my order. OK, I was worried that this was a rouse to get me to call them so they can tell me that the order can not be fulfilled. I call the customer service and let them know I got their message. They confirmed my name and address and told me that the GC will sent out 7-8 business days and mailed by postal service. Should be here to me by 24th. OK. I even asked how much I was charged. My total was $375 for a $500 GC. They thanked me for my order and asked if there was anything else they can do for me.

WOW!!!!! I wish I could have recorded this, but my phone will not record video or sound while I am using the phone. I will just have to see what happens.

Potentially against the law, depending where you are calling from.

Some states requires 2-party, some 1-party, and some no party notification.

I've never done any welding, but would like something to have around just to fix little things around the house or shop where a weld breaks (i.e. on a wheelbarrow, tool stand, kids toy, etc). Would something like these little 90 amp flux welders to the job?
1) Yes, it's enough. Just bear in mind the duty cycle (20% means ~2 minutes max for welding w/ 4 times the duration cooling; ie 1 minute welding => 4 minute cooling to fully "cool"). It'll do up to 3/16"

2) As noted, grind it clean. It makes for a steadier arc, better penetration and reduced porosity/inclusions. When I foolishly tried to stick a patch on a muffler without cleaning, I really couldn't make a clean weld (but it's holding). There's also special sticks for stick welders (SMAW) that the flux is about twice as heavy for extra cleaning but it's better to just clean it.

Experiment with scraps and items that burnthrough and a weak weld are less important. Measuring thickness can be critical as feed speed too high may actually push through the weld pool and burn through.

Just want to offer a link to my playlist if anyone is thinking about getting a particular item that I did a review on. I keep it updated as I add episodes, field tests and updates. I was asked about it by a SDer and thought it might be helpful to someone else.

Thanks for watching.

I used to work for an institutional pharmacy. The cabinets were either Artromick or Homak, both very durable.

I have a 24" 3 BB Drawer portable (not with a load of heay tools) toolbox. I've had it for close to 25 years and it looks brand new, very well built.

I don't know if their quality is still the same.

I also have a 36" rolling cabinet and top drawer add on by Homak. Same great quality.

Thanks James, I'll give that a try.

BTW, I saw your 3 in 1 framing nail review. Damn, almost 30 minutes (or was that almost 60 minutes to review it in two parts).

I bought that and a roofing nailer. They work great! I got nails from HF and HD and the nails also work great.

I got the 90amp flux welder. It's pretty nice for the price.
I also have this welder:

http://www.harborfreight.com/80-a...91110.html

This is a great welder. Search youtube - there is a guy name freddy that loves it.
I bought a tig tip handle for it when HF was getting rid of it for some low price ($12 or $20?).
So this welder can also do TIG if you add Argon.

I also have the 220v MIG welder type 151 but it's been in the box for over 2 years. I should stop buying stuff I don't use.

If you are a beginning welder, I think you'll like the 80amp inverter welder. Small, but packs a punch. You won't go wrong with flux core, but both flux core and stick welding can get a bit messy. If you want clean welds, you want to go with TIG, but TIG takes alot of practice.

Thank you! Rep!

Anyone know if the GC have an expiration date?
