My mom made in into town about 15 minutes before, so she was right there when it happened.
Anyway, the bad news was that he had to be under blue lights for several days for jaundice and we both were in the hospital through Tuesday. At first were having a lot of trouble feeding him, and he was losing weight. But as of yesterday his total weight was only down 4% and the jaundice issue was almost gone, so we are very happy.
My mom and dad and my dad's wife were all in town through today so they've been a ton of help. Now comes the part where we do it all on our own. . . : O

I called Kashi and they said this isn't normal, and they offered to send me coupons for replacements. I really would rather have a refund, as my DH just thinks they are made this way and I didn't think they were very good.
