Sprint reached out and tells us that the link in the OP is outdated and this one https://community.sprin t.com/t5/E...-p/1033393 is the newer, corrected one.
I didn't want to edit the OP but if the OP wanted to edit to have this link.. that would be great.

When I last used it, they took a full day to reply, but did so personably and thoroughly.

1GB of high speed data when in Canada, Mexico, and most countries in South America. Then $30/GB in almost all other countries. I usually only use it for the first day or two in a new country until I get a SIM card because it is expensive to keep using but very convenient to have fast data right when you land in a new place.
With the Global Roaming plan you can upgrade to 4G speeds at $5 a day or $25 a week unlimited depending on the country. The data upgrade was well worth it for me on my travels.
1. Can I convert one sero plan but not the other to test out swac?
2. If I convert both plans, can one be on $30 and other $50
The second plan is for an adult family member. I'd like to split out the plan and they receive their own bill.
It looks like option 2b could get it done but don't want to lose account and split later.

I've been tied to Sprint all of these years for their TAP paging in a rural area (for work).

I believe you can have 5 separate bills on one account, but they may allow you to set up 2 accounts.
When I converted my plan, it took them a full day to respond, but they replied thoroughly and honestly.
I love this plan!
If emailing the CEO to switch, are you using your sprint email address or your personal email address?
Can anyone who switched recently confirm that the Uber credits are still being given? Also, is the uber credit like a gift card or is like 2 codes for $10 off one ride?

For me, other Sprint email addresses and phone numbers would not answer questions about this plan. It may have changed.
The Uber credits arrive via text on the 1st or 2nd of the month. There is one code. When you enter it under Promos, it adds 2 $10 credits to your account. You need to use them on separate trips. I do not believe they are transferable. We will know on April 2nd if people get the credits or not.
