Sprint reached out and tells us that the link in the OP is outdated and this one https://community.sprint.com/t5/E...-p/1033393 is the newer, corrected one.
I didn't want to edit the OP but if the OP wanted to edit to have this link.. that would be great.

I don't see the monthly Uber credit some users are mentioning in the plan details when I look under the Advantage Unlimited Premium plan. Can any current users with the Advantage Unlimited Premium plan let me know if they are receiving any monthly Uber credit with their Premium plan?
Ahem, as noted by the OP, on Page #1/Post #1 of this thread:

A bit off topic- besides having to start over at slickdeals from scratch- oh well! Called and made switch from SERO 500 Premium to SWAC $50 Plan eff 05/01 (yesterday- haven't received confirmation yet).

My words of wisdom/advice from fellow SD'ers is- I'll be filing a claim with Asurion for a replacement phone for my internally damaged- Samsung Galaxy Note3- Sprint customer for 15+ years- and I will be receiving at least a- Samsung Galaxy S9 or S9+ (if they receive stock)- it's annotated in my account- but my question is- it's $225.00 + tax= $246.38 for the above; Whereas Sprint telesales informs me when they receive stock- I can purchase a Pre-Owned Samsung Galaxy Note8 for $288.00 + tax!

I'm in Los Angeles area and wondering- should I get the Note8 for roughly $63.00 more but when I talk to Sprint telesales rep- her personal opinion is file a claim and get the S9/S9+ (since she says- better phone- just lacks pen/stylus basically).

Unless you think I should get a different- Android device.

***Update: Don't know if I made the right choice or not but- first order was shipped out for a "S9" (inadvertently) and when I found out via email- I called Asurion- after some time on the phone- CSR informed me to refuse that shipment and she received approval for a "Note8" for the original pricing deductible $225.00 + tax. She just said- keep an eye out for the tracking numbers because both replacement phones might arrive on the same day via UPS.

Thanks.

Finally decided to bite the bullet and called *2 to switch over to SWAC yesterday. The CSR had no idea what I was talking about. She gave me plans that sounded similar, but she said that they were approx $75 - $85 per month. I asked her if she could ask someone else about SWAC. After about a 10-15 minute hold she came back and said she identified the plans. Given my 20+ year history with Sprint CSRs, I got spooked by the fact that she didn't know what I was talking about originally and decided not to convert. Figured I'd try back later to see if I could reach someone a bit more knowledgeable. It was a foreign CSR, so there may have been some disconnect there. Will update.

I would try using the website to convert your account. I received an auto response email from CSR, then received another email the next morning that they have converted my account and it will start the next billing cycle. My billing cycle has started and everything seems to be working with no issue (Hulu, Amazon prime, and hotspot)

tried to convert with the website, and get email the next day that my account is setup and it will start with my next billing cycle.
I just started the current billing cycle so I need to wait for almost 1 month(29 days)
however when I login to my account, the new plan is an option if I choose to change plan, and it can change immediately. Shall I change it?

This thread is another valuable resource for those trying to decide whether to convert their aging SERO plans and how best to implement the transition to SWAC, based on others' experience:

I have the cheaper SWAC plan, what is the best way for me to upgrade to the better one that's $10 more?

For those who switched from sero 500, were you required to provide the employee info? If you didn't, have you been "audited" at some point and asked to provide the employee info after switching to swac?

The only reason I haven't switched out of my sero account is the fear that I'll be "audited" as I no longer have that original employee referral.

I converted my SERO 500 plan in February 2019 and the process was seamless, with no issues. No employee information was required. Concerns of an "audit" were noted by one Reddit poster, earlier in the year and, it appears that this ONE case prompted a couple of SD posters to re-post and regurgitate those claims/concerns in subsequent posts. Take that for what it's worth.

As noted by several others in this and related SD threads, the transition from SERO to SWAC has been seamless and I've found it to be a significant upgrade over our aging SERO plans (and for LESS money). I'm very glad to see that Sprint took this step and offered the SWAC plans to those of us who've hung in there with them over the years. Good luck with your decision (I was in the same boat, as I'd had my SERO plan for about 12 years and although it was no longer the value that it initially was, I was still reluctant to let it go). IMO, this SWAC plan offer was worth waiting for and I didn't want to hesitate then possibly miss out, as did many of my friends/family when SERO was offered (those who hesitated, then missed the window to sign up before the offer ended), all of those years ago.

BTW, I'm not sure which SERO to SWAC conversion method might still be working (whether it's the method noted by the OP, an email to the CEO, etc.); but, others whose plans have been successfully migrated to SWAC, recently, might be able to share some insight.
