These aholes just changed their terms of conditions to offers data speed at 256kbps even though they advertise their "LTE data" I'm filing a complaint with BBB.
FAQ
The 1GB or 2GB plan only seems to offer only 3G speed?
- One person reported that SpeedTalk does not mention any speedcap for these plans but one user called customer service and said it was limited to 128 KB/s while another user did a speed test and was able to get 10-30 Mbit/s speeds.
How long do I have to activate the plan after purchasing?
- Supposedly 1 Year but some users have been reporting expiration dates on their SIM card on some month in 2021.To be safe, try to use it within 1 year.
Supports Hotspot?
- Someone was able to enable Hotspot on their Android (Moto 4) phone but Speedtalk mentioned they did not support it?
Refunds/Returns?
- You can return/get a refund within 30 days of purchase BUT you must NOT use more than 30 minutes or 30 texts or 30 MB of data, otherwise, they will not refund you.
What Network provider does this MVNO use?

Yes, you can activate your SIM later. Speedtalk says you can activate at whatever time. My Sim said I could activate until 11/28/2021. The date you get depends on when you order and which one they give you.
There is no credit card needed for activation. Just make sure to uncheck the box during activation for overages protection.
Yes, you can port in your number from another carrier. Just need their account number and PIN. Very easy and took less than a minute for me

Seems like majority of people have no issues except for the few $5 monthly charges (for a few people, not a lot?) where they had to call customer service later to get a refund.
Talk minutes being double-charged: Someone reported this issue but only one or two people had it so it could have been an isolated issue? Need more data points.

The "3GB" plan drops to throttled 2G speeds after 1GB, apparently they can change the terms and conditions of service at will. Avoid these guys like the plague. Contact urlhasbeenblocked ASAP for refund.

this is pretty close to the 1 yr FP plan now. I have two of the FP plans and 1 of these ST plans and much prefer the ST plan since its not VOIP. I've had many issues with FP suspending the account and having to reactivate it. No issues with the SpeedTalk plan
note, you will have to give them a credit card just to activate the prepaid card. i didn't like that, but I've had no suspicious activity on the card.
