Smartphone mic has noise in the audio, usually lower sound quality. More expensive ones have noise canceling features and better audio quality. Imagine if every movie made was recorded using your phone lol.

These pick up noise while handheld but does work a little better on a tripod. I think most people use a external mic with condensers and hook it up to these recorders for recording music and such for better audio.

That one can record up to 4-tracks but I don't think it has WiFi like this one does. So depends what feature you'll be using most , as a multi track recorder or more as wireless / streaming recorder
You will have to process that sound out during post. Isolate that hum using an audio software and erase it out. That's the only way to do it. Or simply shut the refrigerator while recording your movie.
