Saw a new sign at Walmart that looks pretty interesting. There's no dates on it, and I can't find any info on the deal anywhere which tells me that someone probably screwed up and put the sign out too soon....but anyway.
Seems like a pretty good deal for AT&T network:
$50/mo. but $40 with autopay:
- UNL Talk & Text
- 25GB High Speed Data then 2G
- Hotspot included
- Mexico and Canada roaming included
2 lines would be $70, 3 lines would be $100, 4 lines would be $120, and 5 lines would be $140.
Looks like this deal is only at Walmart - everywhere else has 16GB data offer and it requires autopay. This offer looks like it doesn't require auto-pay.

7/4: Received the 17 GB Promo Data
7/4: Ported number from Sprint and Swapped Sim to my S10, still have 17GB Promo Data
7/4: Had to login to and set up the auto pay again.
So looks like I am all set for now! Good luck guys. I did wait to get the Promo before porting in from Sprint. I was able to get US based customer service today and everything was painless and setup and running in less than 10 mins.
Unlocked S10 not having options for VOLTE or Wifi Calling, will try flashing the AT&T ROM and report back!

EDIT: I just checked my account and I now have the 17GB promo data, even after returning the phone to Walmart. I was bashing ATT every day on twitter, so maybe I wore them down lol

However, once the return process completes on Walmart side, they may notify AT&T that the phone was returned and it might trigger a process to remove your bonus data... who knows?? This seems to be such a laborious process... They have these things called computers, AT&T / Walmart should automate this stuff and make it faster, LOL.

I may port a number in the future... does it cancel the auto-pay when you port? Please clarify.

Wow!! You still got bonus data after returning phones to Walmart, LOL.

1) if there are too many return at&t will catch on and probably take away the bonus data and put the line in the 8gb regular plan
2) one someone else purchases the open box item from Walmart and activates the system might remove the imei from your account and assign it to the new owner.
For $40 I won't risk this at all. Because there's quite a bit of work to get this promo. For this reason not even selling the phone on Craigslist since activation of the phone in any other account may trigger loss of the promo from your account.
If this doesn't happen consider yourself lucky, but since they are calling it a promo data I am sure they can actually put all lines back to the 8gb plan whenever they want to!
