Really cheap prepaid phone service with Impact Wireless, Infinite LTE Data, Ruby9 mobile?
I came across this/these recently, and wondering if others have any experience with them:

If business trusthworthy and service reliable, seems decent deal of $5-10/month over 5 years. But the business is questionable it seems.
Impact and Infinite are listed on Yelp, with mixed/low reviews. And found these:
