For what it's worth.. I went to a local HD that said 11 in stock. They didn't have any. I personally know the manager there and asked him to check other stores. He said none around me had any because they had checked (brickseek said others did have them). He also told me they were being clearanced out because the led lights in them were failing prematurely so the manufacture said to sell em cheap. FYI

I got two of these back when Lowe's clearanced them out for $74.

They are really quiet and work great. The app works great besides limited Google Home support.

Lowes had the B980 with the deadbolt last fall on clearance. I don't recall seeing the B1381 on clearance.

Just shows as "clearance" with no price, but in stock at my local HD. Will stop by when out today. Would be a good replacement for our 20 year old opener.

Just picked one up at my local HD. My HD site showed clearance also so I called and verified the $99 price plus a 10% vet discount. SSSSSSweet. Out the door under a $100,,, Repped Applause

Brickseek said south Austin @ 71/I35 had four on hand. I bought two, one more was sitting in front of the desk next to all the other garage door openers.

Damn, just bought at $198 2 weeks ago. Brickseek showed 2 in stock, but in store they said they had 0. Checked the racks and found 5 way up top and in a different area. I'll go back today and price adjust and probably pick up another.
