GPU seems like a tossup, but a 1TB spinner vs a PCIe SSD? That's a hard pass in 2019. Sure, you could spend $75 and upgrade it, but then it comes down to whether you have a costco membership and/or decent credit card (most Chase cards double the warranty, up to an extra year) and are willing to start swapping components on day 1.
