Costco deal for comparison:

-RTX 2060 | +1660ti
+1TB HDD
-$100 ($-40 if no membership)
+2 year warranty

I'm going for the Costco deal.

GPU seems like a tossup, but a 1TB spinner vs a PCIe SSD? That's a hard pass in 2019. Sure, you could spend $75 and upgrade it, but then it comes down to whether you have a costco membership and/or decent credit card (most Chase cards double the warranty, up to an extra year) and are willing to start swapping components on day 1.

You still get the PCIe SSD with the Costco one as well. It's SSD + HDD.
