The trackpad is also hot garbage. So sensitive that it was constantly flying me all over the place or randomly zooming in and then it was a freakin chore to get things to reset properly.
Fingerprint reader and hinges, I had no problems with like some others experienced. The screen is also a matte TN that has a very limited viewing angle and wasn't great for the amount of text I was working with regularly. Maybe it's okay for other stuff but it started to wear on my eyes pretty quick.
Edit: Forgot to mention how annoying it was to just open/close it. Making it so light with cheap plastic meant that there was nothing keeping it grounded, so opening the thing requires two hands like delicately extracting a gd pearl from a clam. And I couldn't seem to casually close it on my desk without it sliding around, leaving a scratch on the desk at least once.
tl;dr: bought it for $60 more and I still don't think it's worth this price.

Lowest price is $399, folks waiting for it or others to go lower.
In regards to BF, last couple years rather uninspiring IMO. Couple to be had, but not what I used to expect.

what is with all these cheap laptops all of a sudden? Black Friday will likely be insane...
Where does it say that?
178°
wide viewing angle
It's def not a TN panel.
Comment doesn't make sense. Same product is sold at other retailers. Walmart isn't making and selling its own computers.
These OEMs are taking 'engineered obsolescence' to new depravity levels.

Viviobook are all IPS unless they made one specially for Walmart without IPS. The viewing angel is 178 degree so it's not TN for sure. I don't see how it can be VA either
