Having the Tab 4 8 Plus, I agree. RAM is a huge problem here, and storage filling makes it incredibly slow. It's a shame. I'd bite on 4/64 but not 2/32

10 inch fire was so slow I had to sell it. Didn't care if I lost money, no one should have to deal with that crap.

No further upgrades. Will stay on nougat. Great tablet, fast. Do have 64Gb ver though. Only works on 2.4ghz wifi.

The Lenovo had a good thing going but they neutered the U.S. version of this tablet by not giving it more RAM like they did elsewhere. Secondly, you will never see a full version upgrade on a Lenovo tablet. One good thing is that Lenovo does allow for adoptable storage where Samsung does not. So this one you can buy in a 32GB version just fine. But Samsung's microSD slots are worthless on tablets because they don't allow for adoptable storage. The wifi on the Tab 4 Plus is not good and we started getting disconnects every 5-10 minutes. I had to replace it with a Samsung Tab A which forced me to buy a 128GB version because of adoptable storage not being present. Sucks!
