The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

And holding for 90 days at extra $34 (after 40 days i.e. after unlocking, change plan to $20, so for next 20 (i.e. 41st day till 60th day) days they will charge $14 based on Prorate, and then 3rd month will be flat $20) is worth for not to be denied next time.

Did you tried adding employer one time credit $25 or any other discount like that to the account? If so it will change.
is it somewhere in the fine print that this would happen?
