Yes, after the Costco associate takes out the phone, grab it and run out the store with it. If you are fast enough, this will work...

Most of the questions asked here are either in the promotion posting, or are just stupid. Read before posting.

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.

It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.

Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!

Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!

Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!

And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

How much does ___ cost at Costco? Easy - go to the website. Prices are listed.

First transfer seemed to go through fine, but upon trying to transfer second rebate to bank I'm getting invalid routing number error message. It went through the first time, but no go now. Anyone else with this?
you can only have your bank info attached to one rebate card account at a time.

go through the steps to transfer again, and it will show your bank info already.... delete it there.

now move on to the next rebate card. drain. repeat for the next.

Hello, anyone knows if I need a active SIM card to unlock the T-mobile iphone? I have many SIM card from other carrier, but some are new and some are cancelled in before. Can I use those to put in the phone to unlock?

Do we wait until the transfer completes before deleting the info? Or can we initiate the transfer, delete, move on to the next card initiate next transfer

if the transfer action shows in progress, you are good to move on.

Only not to get flagged. I don't remember, someone in previous groups said to hold for 90 days.

And holding for 90 days at extra $34 (after 40 days i.e. after unlocking, change plan to $20, so for next 20 (i.e. 41st day till 60th day) days they will charge $14 based on Prorate, and then 3rd month will be flat $20) is worth for not to be denied next time.
Do you have to go to the store to change to the 20$ plan?

beware and keep an eye on your T-Mo bill. I'm a new customer on 11/2 for this promo.

I just logged on and looking at my bill, they changed my plan from $140 for 4 lines (4th line free) to $170

They added a few $5 and $3 and $2.50 charges for add'l lines fees. No I have not changed anything on my autopay or anything else at all.

I did chat and they gave me a bill credit, but the bill total still shows as $170 month.

No, chat online and request to downgrade. Ask for unlimited voice and text plan.

What did they say about the additional charges? Will they show up in your next bill too?

All of them were approved and I was able to access 3/4 of the online gift cards via text message. Not sure why I didn't get the text for 1/4. I was able to access all 4 via tmobile.com/promotions - check status - redeem and am currently trying to deposit them into my bank.
I successfully see all 4 of my rebate amounts deposited into my bank account. Very happy with how relatively smooth this rebate went! And very glad they added the option to directly transfer funds to bank.

the lady did not give me an excuse. she just said she would credit the account, and she did.

i think the bill will still be $170 next month.

I will deal with this situation in a few days after it settles.

Did you tried adding employer one time credit $25 or any other discount like that to the account? If so it will change.

well crap! I did apply the $25 advantage claim.

is it somewhere in the fine print that this would happen?

does that mean I should not be waiting for my $25 rebate either? or will it still arrive?
