Memory looks upgradable per dh000 hardware manual. 2 unsoldered SODIMM slots. No dh100 hardware manual. FHD ips display unknown nits, 400 or 250?

If only this was in black...

Q: Is the RAM upgradeable? A Q&A answer at its cousin, 14M-DH0003DX (with 128GB SSD), states that the 8GB RAM is upgradeable to 32GB. How about this model? Can I upgrade the RAM? (1 Answer)

Best answer: You can upgrade the HP Pavilion x360 14m-dh1003dx Laptop to up to a maximum memory capacity of 32GB Memory. There are 2 slots for the RAM in this laptop.

Just bought the Ryzen version for $50 more at Costco. Did I make a mistake?

It's about 3-5% faster in terms of performance to its 8th gen counterpart (the i5-8265U). So not a big upgrade — if you see a deal on the 8th gen for significantly cheaper then go for it.
