Costco's deal is not as good as Sam's Club, but Costco is offering a $270 Costco Cash Card if you purchase & activate the new iPhone 11, 11 Pro or 11 Pro Max on AT&T or Verizon.
Additionally, Costco is offering $30 off the retail price. Upgrades are eligible on Verizon - not sure about AT&T. Gift card will receive in 2-3 months by mail. This offer appears to be for the installment plans only, but you can call the carrier to pay it off.

I have had Sprint before, and can confirm that Sprint allows number swap also.
Not sure about T-mobile and AT&T.
I was in the same boat. Ordered last sunday, picked up on Tuesday. Called on friday and they said a ticket was created, and I should get an email in "a week or two" with the rebate forms. Has anyone else who used dfill gotten a rebate form? I have no documentation at this point so a bit concerned.
I'm considering moving from a Note 8 to the iPhone 11pro max but very concerned I will regret going to the more restrictive ios. May i ask what you personally have experienced that led to your comment?
1) notifications - you cannot have notification icons on the top of the display for gmail/whatsapp/texts to remind you that you need to address those messages. The icons on android not only remind you to address messages but also allow you to quickly preview them.
2) you will not be able to save your whatapp history without paid third party software - and it doesnt work perfectly, you will loose some video and emails. (this is more of a whatsapp issue but something to consider.
3) the built in vpn client turns off or stops working at times.
4) you cannot record a phone call unless you use a 10 dollar a year clumsy app that makes a 3 way call, which limits how quickly and easily you can record and more importantly, gives a third party access to your call.
4) you cant see the battery percentage on the screen - just a battery icon, you need to swipe down to see the percentage.
5) No blinking led or other indication that you have a message/email/text waiting. I have missed many.
6) you cannot install an app that prevents butt dialing by asking for confirmation.
7) if you use google voice, you cannot set it so the os asks whether you want to use it to make a call.

If not, any of the typical Black Friday B&M store deals will probably work fine. Keep in mind that you'd be paying the 1 month premium of an additional line on your account. By "contract", I do mean the 24 or X amount of months you are obligated with the carrier to pay off your device.

I had them order a green 128 iP11 with dfil 2 weeks ago today. They said they would call me when the phone came in but they didn't. I called the kiosk today and spoke with the rep that ordered our phone. He said that the phone did arrive and he is holding it for us BUT he HIGHLY recommended waiting for the BF sale. He couldn't give me any details but he said that in the past few days they've taken delivery for more iPhones than he's ever seen in the store before and he is expecting something big. He also said he'd honor the OG deal if he's wrong. ยฏ\_(ใ)_/ยฏ
