Costco's deal is not as good as Sam's Club, but Costco is offering a $270 Costco Cash Card if you purchase & activate the new iPhone 11, 11 Pro or 11 Pro Max on AT&T or Verizon.
Additionally, Costco is offering $30 off the retail price. Upgrades are eligible on Verizon - not sure about AT&T. Gift card will receive in 2-3 months by mail. This offer appears to be for the installment plans only, but you can call the carrier to pay it off.

I am not sure when this offer ends - I just purchased one today. There is no link/description of this offer online yet, it just started this morning.

AT&T: New line & trade in may be required - not sure.
Verizon: New line or upgrade, no trade in required.

EDIT: Based on the sheet the rep gave me, it looks like the iPhone 11 Pro & Pro Max only get a $250 gift card. The regular 11 gets $270.

Will receive 2 monthly credits to my account for the trade in. So, effectively got $400 off of each iPhone 11. Need to wait 14 weeks though for the Costco cards. Hopefully, it will come as I don't have paperwork from Costco.

Thanks... still have heard nothing from my Costco on mine. Tried to call several times but they dont answer. I'll have to go in and see what's up. What you described is what they told me would happen as well, that they would effectively file it for me.

Still have not received my two $270 Costco gift cards. Have gone in to store several times and complained at the wireless kiosk and they said they will check on it. Still waiting......

I only received partial trade-in values they promised. After having gone to store several times, they finally admitted their error in January and said they would file adjustments but still nothing so far! When I finally got to talk to the manager 2 weeks ago he said he would check and got back to me but no words since then. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have tried to call but they rarely answer the calls. If they did they just said the same thing that they will check.
