Offer Is valid on one transaction only. Same thing happened with me. I purchased two items on singe transaction on Samsung.com but samsung broke down into two transactions. I got CB on one item only. Fortunately, it was for higher priced item instead of lower price item.
Do you know how your transaction shows in the statement? Mine shows DRG*Samsung, and the credit still hasn't posted.

I used it for HP.com.for chase offers...HP also charged the card..it is been 5 days..still offer not received..
Quote from arkaaya :
Did you the credit for the Chase offer yet?

I used it on 2-Dec, but no credit so far. Also, I can no longer see the offer when I login to my Chase account - it has disappeared. Called Chase and they are saying to wait till 20th (14 business days).

For reference, I also used the Chase MS offer and the credit showed up in 4 days.
Quote from Watchfuluser :
No ..not yet received..As you said MSFT applied the credit within 4 days...
Quote from arkaaya :
Can you still see the offer when you login? Mine has simply disappeared, cannot see it in any of the three offer sections - available, redeemed and expired.

And as you said, Chase cutomer service was not of any help. They just aked me to wait the 14 days and to call back if I don't get the credit and they will investigate then.

Just got my email confirmation for the $160 gift card purchase I made at Microsoft on the 9th. Chase offers typically take a 4-5 business days to "activate" after a qualifying purchase and then disappear from your offers page for 1-3 days until a confirmation email is sent out. After that it takes about a week or so for the statement credit to post on your account.

I made 1 purchase of 8 sd cards and it is showing up as 8 separate transactions. it is kind of misleading for Chase to say 1 transaction (not limited to 1 item). It actually even says offer valid one time only and not 1 item...

"Offer valid one time only. Offer expires 12/16/2019. Payment must be made directly with the merchant. Offer not valid on third-party delivery services or mobile wallet purchases."

That's Samsung's fault, not Chase's. Each item appears as a single, individual transaction because of Samsung's choice to bill it that way. Chase offers are triggered only by the info they are provided by merchants which obviously Chase has no control over.

Yea, that is true and I understand. But they are kind of partnering with Chase for this, chase can probably figure out a way to add some terms to say works for 1 transaction, if merchant charges items separately, only 1st charge counts...

as the customer, I would not have any idea that Samsung will charge each item separately and i'm under the impression that the chase offer works for my purchase.

Yes, I blamed Samsung for this. Bought 2 SSD (exact same item with qty=2) in the same purchase order, and they were shipped out in the same package. but Samsung put 2 separate charges to the Chase card, so I can only get 20% off on one item. Bummer.
