Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

I have a friend who created a new group and added 4 accounts , utilized 580$ deal on all 4. Can i still add to same line and get hold of this deal?
If you mean adding a 5th (or more) line - then why not?

Also, assume you meant to say he added 4 lines or 4 accounts? No idea what a "group" is.

I just chatted with T-Mobile, they can do nothing. So we have to talk to the rep at kiosk, please let me know if you succeed.
Did you get any update, whether TMob or Costco will match this offer for those who already availed the $580 offer?

Yes, Im on a business plan and did 2x iPhone 11 on Sunday. Just make sure you have a competent mobile rep. Mine was horrible and took 3 hours to do my transaction. I was pretty annoyed. I still havent tried submitting the rebate yet. Will try that later today.

Only 64gb though? Why didn't you get bigger?
It sucks because that's all that most of the costco stores have.

I purchased a 64gb pro, I don't want to miss out on the promo since I have a 7 and that $700 big rebate is enticing Smilie

It seems impossible to find the apple iPhone 11 pro in 256gb. Am I just out of luck? The reps keep telling me that they only stock 64gb at Costco. Are you all really only getting the 64gb?
Yes, most of us are settling for the 64gb.
I currently have a 256gb max and purchased the 11 pro 64gb.
Have to start deleting apps that I don't need as well as pictures.

For those who have mailed out the trade-in phones, what kind of package did you use for mailing?is a standard yellow envelop with bubble inside enough? or a box? can i put the iphone directly in the envelop without original iphone box?
No that will not be enough. Put the phone in the envelope, put that phone in a spare amazon box or whatever box you may have that is under the 13 oz first class weight limit.
That's what I did with the free XR deals earlier this year

The rep at Costco told me a story about some guy buying a Samsung at full price then wanted to price match the current deals. Supposedly there is a process to get price match but would take several months to process. The guy didn't want to wait and did return rebuy. Now the price difference was over $400 I think most people would do the same.

Not sure if there is a way for the $580 promo but if the rep is accommodating, he may be able to convince Costco management to give instant Costco cash card instead of customer doing return rebuy and burn a phone out of inventory.

The guy at my Costco told me they have a goal of 450 activations for the month. Earlier in the month they were doing about 10 per day. Since Friday they are doing 50-70 activations per day due to the Apple and Samsung promos. So it's quite busy and it appears they are rushing a bit more so double check that everything is in order.

I got an Iphone 11 pro and when tried to submit the entry on the website The device IMEI entered is not eligible for this promotion. Called the customer support and they mentioned we are trying to fix the issue, if this continues for 2 weeks, call us back and we will have other way of submission. I am not sure if this is kind of a tmobile way of delaying the cancellation and should I hold off shipping my old phone for trade. I asked them and they send, please send your old phone asap even if i have 30 days to send my trade in
I'm on the same boat. My representative told try until 30 days as it may take a few weeks for them to fix. Trade in is the riskier part. New phone should be returnable in Costco. Better to keep the promotion term safe till we get the promised promotion credit back. ☹️
