Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

Picked up 2 128s and 2 64 phones, trading in iphone 8, 8+ and 2 6s. All purple, the only colors in stock at nearby Costco. Planning to submit the rebates today. We had paid $300 and $400 for the 8s 2 years back, now those have battery and wifi issues that apple won't/can't fix.

To add: The flyer at my store said only 11 and XR for this promo. The manager said he does not have any paperwork showing Pro included. Was thinking of getting 2 Pros but decided to save the 200 bucks since the 'extra features' didn't excite me. I guess these will all have the same trade in value 2 years down.
Let us know if you were able to submit the rebates successfully. I am getting error The device IMEI entered is not eligible for this promotion and tmobile support said its a known issue

I went to costco but they did not say that simple choice plan is excluded. I have not seen it in the link posted by OP. Can someone please confirm whether simple choice plan is eligible for this offer or not?
There is no result of locating your number in their system if it is Simple Choice.
No matter the combination of SSN with last name or the phone number only.
Their system sucks.

I did read several posts in the past couple of days about this issue. Looks like it's limited to the purple phones. Fingers crossed. Will try today and keep you posted.

I think Costco return policy is 90 days for the phone. 14 days is for carrier trial period. We may be charged for first month charge but I don't think that there is any early termination fee as it is not bound within contract.

I bought 2 iPhones yesterday and my Costco service guy told me I have 14 days to return the phones.

Need to go and check with person in kiosk again to see if this is true. It's a lot of trouble. May be Tmobile is realizing they would be at loss with this promotion and trying to delay and decline.

Picked up a black 128G iphone 11 yesterday, and the rebate submission says "The device IMEI entered is not eligible for this promotion". Hopefully they can fix this soon.. Any one has the same issue on 128G iphone 11?

they usually ship out fast. You will probably get it tomorrow since they were probably closed yesterday, Sunday.

1. How long did yours take ?
2. What about if I go to any boost down the street. Can I still get pre-owned ip7 for the same price as listed on website? If so then I'll cancel before it's shupped
3. If they have it in retail for same price and I can't cancel my online orders. Can I return it to boost? I don't see their return policy anywhere. All i saw was "7days guarantee " please help.

I was told to keep trying to submit owise call them after 2 weeks and they will let me know manual way but support staff was insisting that i ship my trade in phone immediately like in a day or two. They know if we send the phone then we will have to wait and later the rebate submission date, they will have 80 more days to send the rebate so late cancellation of line

FOR THOSE WHO ARE RUNNING INTO THE IMEI ISSUE:

Here is a keyword "IMEI" tracker. Stop asking. I'm sure if someone finds out a resolution, we'll be the first to know.
