Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

My screen is intact and there is no water damage either; however the frame has a crack in it near the headphone jack. The headphone jack works too but it is bit banged up. Any thoughts on will this be processed or rejected?

Seems like the live chat employees don't want to give out stock info anymore:
Hello! This would be better answer by our Wireless advocates team. Their number is 1 (888) 369-5931 with the hours of Monday through Friday 6am - 6pm PST.

Thanks,
HI.
tough to say. That is a pretty deep 'crack' by the headphone jack.
Just buy a used 7. I assume you are doing a 6s since you said headphone jack and the 7 does not have one.

If the boost mobile phone (balance due) issue throws a red flag, will that be when it is scanned by the CostCo rep? Or after mailing it in?

HI
There are 4 questions, lcd free of any defects, water damage, find my iPhone off and I forgot the other one.

I'm not sure how strict Assurant is.

Best bet to buy a cheap 7. You will spend $ up front but will get $200 more since they give $700 in rebates.

And you won't risk a $500 rebate for that 6s plus.

Once the rep initiates the trade in, it asks for the imei, Rep puts the imei and the details of the phone and usually says it's good to go.

What's the site you used? I will check my boost imei numbers

strange.
I checked both of mine.
One imei gets:
Your phone can come to Ting

Get service on the Ting network

2G 3G 4G
LTE
All you need to get started is a Ting SIM.

the 2nd gets the message you get:

Sorry, this phone can't be activated right now. This device has not reached financial eligibility.

The Sprint account holder is the only one that can clear this balance with Sprint. If you have recently paid off your Sprint device, please ensure you allow 48 hours before checking compatibility.

If you bought the phone from a 3rd party you may want to ask for a refund.

The rep did both trades with the same imeis, so everything went through. I don't know what to say.

Got this deal no problem but it seems like the Tmobile rebate portal is having issues with this promo. It kicked back saying that the IMEI was not eligible but when I called in, the person knew right away why I was calling and said they are working on it.

Phones can be carrier locked.

Phones will need to be Icloud unlocked.

Phones need to have a clean imei

Phones need to be in working condition

Phones can not have any cracks or chips

It can't have any chips at all on the body? Or in the screen?

Mine has some grazes, nicks and scratches in the corners of the bottom of the body. But the screen is fine. But I'm scared they won't accept it for trade in.

What was the pin that you gave them? I'm on ATT prepaid as well and they told me that they don't do pins anymore but T-mobile wants it along with the account #. Thank you!
