Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

I bought two ip11 today & signed essential plan. CSR said you cannot return d phone to Costco & that they won't accept because it is sold under rebate basis. Sale is final. Trade in devices r going to T mob and the rebate comes from Tmob.

I wanted ip 11 pro and it is not available, so I asked him to buy ip11 today & cancel after few days once ip11pro stock comes. He told above statements. Sale is final can't be changed, u bought device with full cost.
wireless people told me return policy 14 days, if defective, 90 days.

Better confirm with other people.

What does it say if you enter Boost iPhone 7 IMEI on this link ?

https://ting.com/byod

Thanks
I get the error about sprint financial responsibility issue from ting. I had no problem at Costco with this phone. The Boos rep told me it's mine outright and I can do anything I want with it, it's just locked to them. I didn't really ask they just volunteered the info.

Where do you guys see T-Mobile One is qualified for this promotion? I have Tmobile One and would like to keep this plan. However I talked to the costco rep he said I need to upgrade to the Magenta plan for promo. I also called the T-Mobile reps and one said I don't need to upgrade the plan, the second rep said I need to upgrade.
So I'm confused. Where do you guys see the T-Mobile One plan is qualified for this promo?

Thank you. I bought a pre-owned iPhone 7 from Boost website and I got the same sprint financial responsibility issue on Ting.

can i use the phone number that is activated on this plan in some other phone? This is what my case is.. I use samsung s9 through xfinity mobile, but ported to T-mobile to avail this offer. but i still want to continue using my samsung s9 with the tmobile ported number. will it cause to void my rebate?

Can someone reply on this ?

I am on Essentials plan. (6 lines maxed out). Currently for 3 lines, the earlier $580 rebate is in process.

If I want to add a new line for this rebate($700) , I am told that I have to change the current plan(Essentials) to Magenta.

Would "Plan Change" deny/affect the current rebates in process? I am not sure about it, Is there a term/condition around that ?

Thanks in advance.

I ordered online with next day shipping. Total was about $150 with taxes and shipping. It came with a sim card, but I did not activate.
I was about to do that. But in their terms, it said that if you do not activate the phone/plan, they will charge you back the full price of the phone. Not sure anyone experienced that.

FYI - for those in NC, ... Raleigh stores don't stock TMobile, the closest one that does to RTP is Greensboro - but they have started acting a bit strange since yesterday - keeps telling everyone that there's no TMobile Iphones in their store. The next one further away is Charlotte or Mooresville. Both of them are running low in stock ... Charlotte sold 15 yesterday, 10 today.

The only Costco that seemed to have an abundance of iPhone 11s from TMobile was Myrtle Beach, SC. But it's a 3-hour drive! Just letting know having gone through this entire NC-Costco experience over the past 2-3 days!
Yes, same experience here. Debating on if it's worth trying to get to Greensboro if they were out of stock the day before

It does appear Raleigh has the only stores in the country not doing this deal. Manager there told me he stopped selling T-Mobile in entirety a year or two ago because he made no money on their promotions when people don't stick with their new lines

In the final check out page, there is a link for terms and conditions. It's in there.
