Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

Anybody have trouble claiming the 4 lines? I took advantage of the BOGO for the iPhone 8 2 years ago and when I tried to open the lines today they told me I could open just 1 more because it's capped at 12. I actually have only 7 active lines.
Is it worth trying another Costco?
Funny you should say this. I have a business account and added 2 more lines 2 days ago with no issue. Went back today and tried to add one more and the kiosk said i had no available lines to add. I called TMO and they said i can add 2 more with no issue. The rep at the costco said, if its not showing open lines in their system, they cant do anything about it.

costco rep is right most likely... depending on the plan u guys have you can have only so many active lines on account. some cap at 8 some at 10, some at 12... Costco's system tells the rep whether there are any available lines to add. we have been through this on our old account where tmobile kept telling we are good for 12 lines where costco it would show 0 available to add.

will boost phone with sprint financial responsibility issue void the trade in rebate? Thank you
Pretty sure phone needs to be paid off.

If Boost sold you a phone that money's owed on, that's Boost's problem to fix. I'd get it swapped out for one that's clean.

I sent a tweet yesterday to complain about the issue with submitting IMEIs. Tmobile responded immediately via DM and worked with me to create a ticket. They reached out this morning to say it should be resolved. And yes, it is resolved. I was able to successfully submit my rebates online for two phone - an Iphone 11 purple 128 GB and Iphone Pro Space Gray 64GB.
T-Force rocks.

Read it again :

"You have requested no more than two mobile device unlock codes per line of service in the last 12 months."

Per line, not entire account.

In the Terms shown in the checkout page I see the following. Not sure what that means. Should I activate with a month of service just to be on the safe side? Have anyone traded in a Boost phone without Activation before? Thanks.

Any limitations On How I Use My Device?
If you get a Device from Boost or a Boost authorized retailer without paying full price (MSRP) for the Device, you agree not to resell or trade in, or participate or profit in the resale or trade in, of the Device to a third party until you have met all your financial and contractual obligations to us. If you do this without meeting your obligations, we reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary, including charging you for the difference between the Device's full price and the price you paid for it, and seeking recovery of related damages. If you have a separate agreement with Boost to acquire, purchase, or lease a Device, any restrictions on resale in that agreement will also apply, so please refer to the terms of any such agreement to understand your rights to resell your Device.
Per my understanding: This applies if you get the plan. If you buy pre-owned ones, this doesn't apply.

Just spitballing here, but I would assume that would apply to people who got the phone for $49 iphone 7 that requires an activation and plan. If you buy the preowned iphone 7 for $130, and you add it to the cart, if you view the cart it says in the top right corner "no service contracts". You are buying the phone at the full retail price (albeit on sale) they are charging.

However, if you get one of the phones that require activation and a plan (such as the $49 iphone 7), then maybe that clause would apply.

At least that is my thought.
I have same understanding as well.

Hi Guys, I tried going through the forum, but have a question about Boost. I just called the store and they said they have the iPhone 7, but I have to port in a number in order to get it for $50? I don't have any number to port in as I am already a t-mobile customer and have 9 lines, I was thinking of adding a line with iPhone 7 trade in from boost. help pelase
Buy one on eBay. Search "phone number to Port." Wait and get phone number, account number, and account pin. I did it yesterday and it was emailed within an hour. Then use that at the Boost store.

ETA: I wrote all my info on a Post-It and just gave it to the salesperson. All they asked was if it was an active number. No questions about how long it was active. I was at the store about 1.5 hours after I bought it on eBay and the port went through without any problems.
