-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans
-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.
-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".
-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.
-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100
-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.
-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get
-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.
-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.
-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
This is ABSOLUTELY wrong
ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

Multiple people have confirmed that the deal is being extended. Stop asking.
If you're very worried, get in on the deal today. If not, either believe those who have already confirmed or roll the dice and get in on the deal before it ends on 12/5.
Stop asking for repeat confirmations.
I also see in wiki that the phone had to be "paid off" to be eligible for trade-in. Is this boost phone considered "paid off"?
I ported one in with a number I bought off the 'bay and did the buy-one-get-one.
Overall was $247.14 for two phones. Price includes phone + plan + activation fees + taxes.

For the port in TMO will ask for your current carrier's account number. For tello I realized my account didn't have an account number. You'd think the phone number is the account number in that case. Not so. IF your account too lacks an account number you will need a port-out number. This is how you get it:
- Log in to your online Tello Account
- Click on the "My Phone" tab on the left
- Scroll down to the "Port Out" section and click "Information"
- Click on the "Retrieve Tello Account Number" button
- Provide the required information to see the account number.
If TMO asks for a pin, give them 0000 or 000000.
Tell them Al sent you and they'll give you a free taco. Just kidding. They just ran out of tacos.
