-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans
-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.
-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".
-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.
-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100
-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.
-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get
-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.
-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.
-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
This is ABSOLUTELY wrong
ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

been like this for a week now
damn resellers
Yes, you will need to pay for both accounts at the same time, until you get your rebates. But you won't have any other choices.
Started service on Sunday, the 24th
Mailed 4 phones on Wednesday, the 27th
Phones reached destination on Saturday, the 30th
Received trade-in credit for 2 phones on Monday, the 2nd
Panicked for two days
Received credit for 2 remaining phones on Wednesday, the 4th
I got a text when two of my phone credits were applied but my bill on the T-Mobile website/app eventually showed all 4 $59 credits (as "Adjustments").
My phones were all in good shape- one had light surface scratches on the screen and another had a replacement screen. It was a refurbished original Apple screen that was $50 on eBay. I think third parties buy screens with cracked digitizers and just replace that. It also had a tiny chip in the aluminum around the edge of the screen but it didn't affect anything. Everything else and the other two phones were mint.
Some people say if it is active on another AT&T account then it will be considered as BAD ESN so i am veryfying with you guys if that is really possible... because it will make me ineligible for rebate if it is bad esn..isn't it
We did not get it yet for previous 580 rebate offer so little worried what to do

1 of my trade-ins was a Boost 6s+ that showed the 'not reached financially eligibility".
of course YMMV until a few more people chime in on their results.

But then when you click on the offer details, it goes to the old deal that expired 11/20:

I think they need to update

I had to wait for 2 hours or more at Costco to do this deal - so, why not go to T-mobile store? Is it line add fee? iphone 11 is 700 both in costco and at t-mobile
