Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

Thanks for sharing this. Did you get any notification for the MasterCard ($641)?
I just submitted one of the four today 12/5. I'm still waiting to port some numbers because I may actually use this service for a while.

Called Costco today and they had phones in stock, but could not go today. That's bad news.
Another store near my work had no phones in stock from last many days, which seemed strange. These guys did some shady stuff I feel, maybe by holding some for their relatives and friends for reselling.
Cannot speak for your store. But mine has a new inventory sheet printed out every morning, I had to buy/purchase/pay for them first, then this guy took me to the cage, where all the goodies are locked up. The cel phones are then retrieved from a vault, with 2 people signing off a sheet.

The guy then took me back to the kiosk where they activated the phones/lines for me.

Based what I witness, my store would not be able to "hold" any phones. Plus my nice rep/mgr told me they want to open as many lines as possible to hit their sales.

anyway, sorry to hear that.

Ask the person who did your deal. It should generate automatically

That's what I was afraid of...the reseller who set up the deal got the order stuck and called T-Mobile for assistance. The T-Mobile rep did the order so the Wireless Advocates guy didn't get the order nor commission.

I've spent hours chatting and talking with T-Mobile who got me through the promotion site and filling out for the rebate. However, they were a bit lost as to where and how I should send my trade-in.

It's a hot mess.

I'm hoping visiting Costco tomorrow can yield some kind of shipping label.

Sorry to hear that. My local Costco Kiosk had only wireless Advocates people, no TMO reps, and they were all very professional. The mgr even printed out 2 mailing labels for each of my trade in phones just in case if I lose one, I was truly impressed.

But yes, go back and tell them you need the labels.

First thing I did was ship the old phones. Only then will the rebate cards process anyway. My Costco rep made it clear NOT to port in a number after submitting the online form and before receiving the rebate card, so that's why I'm waiting to get my numbers ported first.

Did they ask and enter the
IMEI details of the trade-in phone? If yes, then they should be able fetch label at Costco or T-mobile store, if not, then you need to ask Costco rep to modify the Oder to add trade-in details (few Costco reps are not aware of this step).

It was the resellers that are the shady ones. Buying stacks of 4 to send back to their country to sell.
