Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

If the rebate is rejected because the receipt is not clear do you have to resubmit the rebate or can you upload the document again for the same submission?

Hello,
So I was able to get 4 Iphone 11s, and have successfully ported over the numbers. I am getting ready to send off the phones and noticed that 2 of my trade ins that I purchased from Boost have different IMEI numbers than I gave the rep at Costco. I assumed the IMEI on the box from Boost was correct, but when I checked against the IMEI shown in the phone, there is an extra number on the end of IMEI that isn't noted on the shipping label. I assume I should try to get this corrected? Do I call the 1-877-470-3619 T-Mobile promotions department, or how should I proceed? Thanks a bunch for any help you can provide.
I purchased iP7 from Boost but due to iPhones OOS at Costco, I gave that phone7 to my family member. Issue with label printing in Boost retail box. Last digit is missing in the box and if you switch on the device, you can able to see that last character. In your case, Just go to any IMEI check sites like Sprint, Ting and etc and try to give 0 to 9 as last character. I hope it will return one valid iP7 when last character matches entire IMEI. After that you need to call or Chat with TMobile for IMEI update procedure.

The Postal Serviceā„¢ is aware of the frustration and disappointment caused when we do not live up to our commitment of safe and reliable mail service.

The tracking number provided is either invalid or has never been scanned in the mail stream.

Lithium Batteries are HAZMAT and need to go ground service. This can take 2-3 weeks to arrive and won't have enroute scans. Please allow that amount of time to pass from mailing date before concern. If after that time has passed it doesn't arrive:

Please do the following to begin the search process. Once initiated the search process takes approximately 60 days to complete. Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience this may have caused.

First class mail does not automatically come with insurance. Since insurance wasn't added to the package, there is no insurance coverage. Please follow these steps:

1. Contact your phone carrier and get the serial number of your missing phone. Contact Assurant Solutions with that information. Sometimes the phones become separated from the packaging and any phone that Assurant Solutions finds loose in the mail is logged by serial number.
2. Go online to MissingMail.USPS.com and complete a missing mail form. When filling out the form include the serial number of your phone and a detailed description. Any phones that the Post Office finds loose go to a mail recovery center. Items of value are held at the Mail Recovery Center for 90 days.
3. If you suspect mail theft contact the OIG (Office of Inspector General) at 1-888-877-7644.

An apology is no substitute for good service, but I want to offer one on behalf of the Postal Service. We appreciate your reporting this matter to us. It helps to know the kinds of difficulties our customers have so we can work toward improvements. The information you have provided will be shared with management as they continue their efforts to improve service performance in your area.

question for unlock tmobile phone, below is what I read from the web site. does it mean the phone must stay with the requesting phone number for 40 days in order to unlock. what if in the middle I use the phone on different sim card (phone number), does it reset the waited days to 0 days?

------------------------------------------
Account Requirements

Postpaid accounts

The device must have been active on the T-Mobile network for at least 40 days on the requesting line.
The device must be paid in full.
For canceled accounts, the account balance must be zero.

Why my online rebate tracking shows promotion date range as 11/21-12/4, while it was till 12/5. Status shows Received and didn't receive bill credit yet

If we cancel the account after receiving virtual card, and if device credit applied to account is still unused, can we get those credit paid back by TMobile at the time of account closing?

As long as your account is in good standing, it does not matter to them whether the phone is used on their network. Also, try your luck with their rep. Some reps will unlock it before the 40days are up. I got mine unlocked after 1 week.

Costco doesn't have any iPhone 11 Pro's in stock. I have been checking with them for a couple of weeks. All they have is iPhone 11. Anyone here looking to buy iPhone 11 Pro with the current deal?

Out of 3 devices they received, they added credit for one device today.

Rebate submission for Iphone Red 128GB is getting denied. Called up Promotions and they indicated I have to call in on or after 01/24/2020. Looks like the sku for the Red 128 is not present in their systems. Very similar to the Purple in the recent past. Anyone able to get the rebate into process for a Red 128?
Would contact through T-Force help in this situation. Anybody in or have been through a similar situation. TIA
