I'm not sure if this was targeted or not. It was an offer under my Marriott Chase credit card account. You get $900 cash back when you open a checking and savings account through the link. Sure the interest rates are crap...but once you get your $900 after 3 months, you can close accounts and move elsewhere. Seems like a killer deal...unless I'm missing something?

I went ahead did it with discover but my showed as ppd ach, that's weird. Also tried my cu to double up, will report back how it goes. seems things might have changed recently, read a few posts on doc people who failed with discover.
User gkus reported that he did discover push with success (dont know timeframe though) when it showed as ppd ach done as a repeating transfer...mine didnt post the way he mentioned to trigger...Did you do your discover one as a one time transfer or a repeating transfer?
Also-- Did you push (initiate the transfer) the money from your CU to Chase or pull from Chase ? I pulled the savings 15k from CU to Chase but pushed the discover recurring xfer... I don't even have push set up on my CU yet.. always initiated from external accounts...
