Why was the post for the new Alexa voice done by Samuel L. Jackson removed?

This is more of a question on the rules of posting. I could not see or find a reason for the removal so asking mods for assistance. Thanks.
The product was made and sold by Amazon and was on sale for 1/4 price - so a good deal. There is option to turn explicit language on/off
but that option is available for Alexa and Google Home also so there is nothing "dirty" about that option being part of the product.

TD for "other" and "Thumbs Down" but nobody saying why it was no good and
then it disappeared so I thought it may have been due to the explicit filter setting
which would have been odd.
