Lowest price of the year. Has a PQ of 2000 versus 1400 for the 710 series. Also has enchanced color processing engine and bixby remote. Sort of like 7000 and 8000 series mix together with some features on both. Not as good as 8000 but better than 7000. Way cheaper than 8000 and actually cheaper than 710
Not the best for HDR but its only 549.
Vizio E series at 399 at Costco was a great deal but for 150 more your getting a better panel with better remote and no scaling issues.

Nothing to see here. Move along.
Have to see what I get. Samsung is a panel lottery like most Tv. You may get a good or bad panel depending if it was made on a monday or friday.
PROS
Excellent motion handling.
Low input lag, great for gaming.
CONS
Image loses accuracy when viewed at an angle.
Can't get bright in HDR.
Thank you for the quick response. I got in on the Best Buy 65" 6-series and waiting to see if a better option comes around. Would prefer to get a 75" but to get full array it's gonna cost a lot more

From a Costco buyer...prices change like airline tickets.
The TV itself is excellent. However, I take issue with the purchase price. At time of purchase the sign said "Sale price $799.00". I go into the store one week later and the same TV is displayed with a regular price of $749.00.
not going to be as good as this tv at costco....but for the price below I would buy a bigger TV. who pays 3250 for a 65 inch tv. Hell, the tax on the TV alone is almost 60% of the price of this TV.

I'm torn I bought the new 65" s425 at target for $377 OTD and the TCL R615 Best Buy deal $548 OTD I don't know why but straight out of the box with factory settings on low power looks beautiful with lovely skin tones. The TCL has more yellow warm tones. I'm not much for messing with calibration settings. I mainly use for casting movies and tv shows and OTA channels occasional gaming and movie rental. I'm not sure which one to return or even consider this one.
