Good deal if you don't want to hassle with trading a phone into visible.

As someone who just did the visible deal, I now have a phone I've already been charged $5 for (even though the total at checkout said $0), a monthly bill that I "hope" is only $25, and my CC on file with a company that billing has shown to be less than reliable at best.
So is $100 worth the effort I'm having to put in for a phone (and having to trade a device in for), absolutely.
I wouldn't pay $100 for it personally. It is worth $50 max as a spare phone or teen phone or if you just have no real need for a smartphone. If you really need a versatile all carrier phone with all the bands you could need then I guess $100 is decent. Removable battery too.
Display is nice for 720p and snappy optimized software for only have 2gb ram. It is better than the specs read.

Networks + bands
Carrier Aggregation, 4G LTE (DL Cat 7/ UL Cat 7), UMTS / HSPA+, GSM / EDGE
2G: GSM band 2/5, CDMA band C0/C1/C10
3G: WCDMA band 2/4/5
4G: FDD LTE band 2/4/5/12/13/25/26/41/66/71, TDD LTE band 41 HPUE
So with LTE band 71 also good for TMobile
