Nice, you can use one of these for a Plex server. Got a 9020M with a i7-4790S from my local state surplus sale for $50 and bought a $50 SSD and it runs great.
Depends on your usage. I personally would go without the M so that it's a regular desktop CPU and have more space to maybe add extra storage. If you don't plan on opening the desktop ever, then go with the M since it's smaller profile. The non M CPU is also slightly faster

You can also put a low profile GPU in the non-M
If anyone is looking at the i7-6700 processor machines. Here is the benchmark comparisons of the i7-6700 and the i7-6700T, since both are offered.

CPU Mark:
i7-6700T Scored: 8999
vs.
i7-6700 Scored: 10005

The M is better than the one without a M because it is smaller?

Why are the hard drives so small? Are they SSD? Is this a good deal for mostly web surfing and light web streaming?

I would like to know this too. Looking to replace a desktop that died, mostly for surfing and very light kids gaming

128GB and 256GB s/b an SSD.

320GB, 500GB, 1TB s/b a HDD (spinner).

I bought for less on eBay, but with no or a shorter warranty so ... something to consider. 😉
