This phone is brand new. A used phone will have battery degradation and other possible issues.

So if the math is right, total price is $300 + 2x$35 (to hit 50-day mark to unlock) = $370 + tax

Probably another $30 for activation fee as well as tax if applicable.

I am on the free plan too. Can this be unlocked to use on GSM networks? Is this a good buy if this can be unlocked?

Thanks OP, this is great timing! I was about to extend my contract to get a pixel 3a xl or 3xl but this is a better deal without having to make a contract extension or mess with leases.

Not 100% but previously all of the Google Pixel phones from any supplier besides Verizon are the Google branded one. It would be the same as if bought from the Google branded store website. It would be for US Market, not international though (different bands aren't used in the US/Global markets. Phone should work, just crappy coverage in some areas.)

The Verizon versions are Bootloader locked, I know the Sprint Nexiq 5- Sprint Pixel 2 and The Pixel 4 are all unlocked bootloader, I would doubt the Pixel 3 is.
