Gamestop ended up refunding me after I shipped it back to them but it was still a painful process. I don't know if it was previously used - I never took the console out of the box - but the fact that the warranty had been expired and the device previously registered along with the fact that the stickers were all cut and then replaced back on there with new ones made me ship it back to them.
I only see them dropping to $300 msrp when the SX comes out.

Going by 2K19 rules, no. They usually use the play now rosters which means active rosters. Offline I'm pretty sure you can change the rosters from active to standard which will be all players on the team

But it adds to the unethical used as new that GameStop misuses in their advertisement.

You could have just chatted with Microsoft and sent them a copy of the receipt and they would have added the warranty back. Took me about 5 minutes to do this with mine.
