Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Signed up using BYOD and got my online order confirmation -- have my own sim cards so nothing to ship. Entered phone IMEIs + sim ICCIDs + phone numbers to transfer when placing order -- didn't ask for account number or pin

When going to the order activation page (byod-deviceactivation) it shows "There are no pending orders in our system for this confirmation number and ZIP code" when trying to finish activation

Is there a delay in doing that or should I get on chat to have them find new Sprint account number for online account registration then finish port from online account?

I encountered that "No pending orders" message this past Monday when I was trying to activate my pre-owned phone (because the order was shipped and I just received it). I already provided the port-in acct # and & PIN when placing my order. So I followed the instruction in the package to call the Activation Line 866-437-1818 from another phone. A rep answered the call right away, she already had the port-in info and proceeded to complete the activation.

And on this you can bounce out of sprint and right back as the same person even as long as you switch from Credit account to No Credit Check account, or vice versa

So only have to wait 45 days if I want to bounce from no credit to no credit? or credit to credit?

I got my account # the easy way.. Used phone chat and put on hold for an hour, then finally someone told me. Took me 3 months to navigate their website to not find it there.

You can chat with the support to get your account #. That's how I did mine. They will ask you for Activation code (in your confirmation email). Once you get your account #, you can setup/create your new account. Login, click on My Account, select Orders & Transfers, click on Transfer status. There you will see all your numbers in Pending mode. From there you can do the port-in yourself. Very easy.
