You should see it in you MySprint APP. not on your computer.
It would show up on your online account as well, something like "20GB Promo Offer", which is also something customer service can immediately add to your account.

Yes, you can, but unlike other carriers, you cannot just swap the SIM. You need to go into dashboard in your Sprint account online and re-assign the SIM to another phone. It is a straightforward, instant, self-service process.
My bad. It can't be reassigned, while active.

If it gets locked, Sprint will sort it out for you, although sometimes the process can be time-consuming.
i think mine got locked trying to insert to another phone so as not to lose the sim.. i never plan to use the sim now but did the locked option bar me from making it active and get my rebate.. what option do i have as i activate based on imei of phone which is not with me and i dont have access to account without entering otp. how can i ensure my sim is active..

while creating account will it not ask for otp received in sms? for those who dont have access to phone how can they enter
The port out, in my experience, took around 5-10 minutes. By then the Sprint SIMs were active and I got the otp.

EDIT: If you're asking how to activate Sprint without having a phone, you just wait after your order is submitted and you'll get an email "Sign in to sprint.com" about setting up mysprint. You have to go thru that link to complete account setup.

I couldn't really understand the description of your situation, so all I can say is this: rebate is tied to your lines, not your phone/s or SIM/s. As long as your lines continue to appear in your Sprint account dashboard, you should be fine.

Whats the likely hood this rebate doesn't come as TMobile is taking over?

The merger agreement requires Tmobile to assume all of Sprint's liabilities, which include all outstanding rebates.

Rut ro … I may have an issue.

Early in the game, I sent a message to Sprint, asking about the Walgreens offer. Never heard from them.

Until today, after opening my five lines, with the anticipation of the $300 rebate.

The message received says I'm enrolled in Walgreens Rewards, and will receive a $200 rebate card in 10-12 weeks.

Hmm … what should I do? $200 v. $1500 is a pretty big deal.

I guess I've been lucky that it has been rare for me and my Sprint friends. I will expand my data set to include your experience. Smilie
I've had an unlocked Galaxy S6, S7, and Moto Z2 get relocked, multiple times. I can't remember if my Essential phone relocked, but after I sold it my buyer was upset that it relocked on him (he was doing free BYOD). I never checked my wife's iphone, maybe it never relocked, not sure. There's probably others that I'm forgetting or never bothered to check.

Thanks for the specific data points—and repped.
I see those phones were all initially sourced from Sprint. My crowd has always used non-carrier phones, which perhaps accounts for divergence in our experience.

Contact customer service. There is alternate procedure to access account that does not require OTP.

Were your Galaxies factory unlocked? Meaning they were un-branded phones to begin with.
