Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

What number did you call
No number, I found someone on Reddit Sprint thread who helps with these things.

So it did not asking me to enter porting account and PIN. Order sucessfully completed. Will porting dept be open now? Can I call and complete porting for at least 1 number for which I have the sim already?
I tried to chat and clicked on order transfer status few times, then I got at least five phone calls from Sprint trying to help me port. I answered one of them; gave all the info over phone and port was done.

They asked for the last 4 of the social as a standard practice.

I think some of you mentioned that you were not able to get eSIM to work on Pixel 3A. I had the same issue. One of the tech reps after repeated attempts asked me to reset the entire phone and try. I was hesitant at first but I did end up doing it and it worked when I opted for the eSIM right at the beginning.

Note that the Pixel 3A has two IMEI. Whether it's eSIM or the physical SIM, it will attach to the very first one available. In my case I had a physical SIM card already in the phone. I had given the IMEI for Sprint as the first one. When I had to download eSIM at the beginning, I started without the physical SIM. So, the Sprint eSIM got attached to the first SIM. And then I inserted the physical SIM, it moved over to the second SIM then.

Can you tell us if your Pixel 3A is unlocked? (i.e., if you put another non-Sprint SIM in it, does it receive service?)

I wouldn't doubt it and find it funny if they were doing a generic public records search to verify your name/address information for a no credit check account.
They do check public records to verify your ID. I tried to create an account for my daughter but she has no public records nor credit history, so they wouldn't allow her to have an account. Had to add her line to my account. This was done over the phone and the rep clearly stated the reason.

I have service on Sprint and Visible. Pixel 3A, I thought was always unlocked??
  1. Sprint on eSIM SIM Slot 1 as that's the IMEI I provided to Sprint
  2. Visible physical SIM card on SIM slot 2

Anyone got pass this error without having to call?

Unfortunately we can't complete your order online. Please call us and we can complete the final steps together
Yes, I used friend's address (same zip code) with my nickname.

Amex worked with different address.

Information circulating on internet was unclear about Pixel lock status on Sprint.
However, your data point for Visible/Verizon, plus another poster who using on T-Mobile, confirms that it is indeed unlocked—which is good news for immediate resale, global use. Repped!

My 2 accounts use my PO box which isnt used for any credit card billing.

My 3rd account I used my friends address.

I used Amex whch didnt match ship address.

Then theres Happy sonething who has 30 accounts.

So I dont think they use public records to verify identity.

It must be something with address.

I tried multiple people with my home address before my 3rd account but no go.

I had Pixel 3A from before. This was bought directly from Google last year. I did not get this from Sprint.

Man, Sprint is like the Big Lots of wireless carriers. Got my phones I ordered, and porting should be done (they called me and did it). Trying to create account now to get access to dashboard, and keep getting "We've hit a speed bump" error message. WTF

For those who did the deal at the start, is your rebate status still shown as pending? Also, has anyone try to stack this deal with Sprint Perks (discount from work)? Thanks.
