Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

They asked for the last 4 of the social as a standard practice.
Note that the Pixel 3A has two IMEI. Whether it's eSIM or the physical SIM, it will attach to the very first one available. In my case I had a physical SIM card already in the phone. I had given the IMEI for Sprint as the first one. When I had to download eSIM at the beginning, I started without the physical SIM. So, the Sprint eSIM got attached to the first SIM. And then I inserted the physical SIM, it moved over to the second SIM then.

However, your data point for Visible/Verizon, plus another poster who using on T-Mobile, confirms that it is indeed unlocked—which is good news for immediate resale, global use. Repped!
My 3rd account I used my friends address.
I used Amex whch didnt match ship address.
Then theres Happy sonething who has 30 accounts.
So I dont think they use public records to verify identity.
It must be something with address.
I tried multiple people with my home address before my 3rd account but no go.
