Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

If you participated in Sprint Referral Rewards program and received a Reward Card and have question on the card balance or other card information, you can visit https://myprepaidcenter
Edit:
The card may already activated
IMO, Blackhawk-issued cards are activated when the card is funded, and default pin is the last 4 digits of the Card
In summary, use the Create Profile instead of Activate Card if you are activating for the first time, though the card sticker says to do the latter.

No. It's only the first time you need to create a profile. If you have multiple cards, you can select "Activate card", enter the card details and click login.
From their website...
Why should I create a profile?

TMO has been historically the best at honoring (and not trying to kick off) those with grandfathered plans. But their statement about honoring prices for current customers for 3 years also includes the same for current TMO customers. . .that should raise eyebrows for long time TMO'ers
