The headrest has very limited adjustment options. no vertical movement, just up and down tilt.
This is an issue because it is positioned pretty far forward, which puts pressure on a neck unless you are sitting a bit awkwardly.
It is removable... but the back of the chair is a bit lower than the avg task chair, so it isn't comfortable to sit back in without the uncomfortable headrest.
The seat of the chair itself is okay enough ... but it traps a lot of dust in hard to reach places... and over time it has began to sag a bit more than I expected.

Good chair, I'm around 190lbs and have no issues with support.
Only problem is the arm rests life span? They split on the sides if you lean on them too much. Which, wouldn't even be that bad cuz they are foam. What's bad is that you can't get replacements. They are incredibly easy to remove. 2 bolts each... But you can't buy just the arm rests for replacement.
Duct tape or some flextape product would probably fix it up easy as well.

It seems to have the most "savings", but not many reviews so don't know about the quality.
