ordered again couple of days later. called e-comm, they verified. went to "In Progress". canceled again after ~24 hours.
both times "couldn't verify order came from you".
their "system" seems capricious.
* Acct #2: 2 lines, order placed 5/22 through TCB, shows "$100. Pending. Est 14 weeks". I submitted a claim saying the cb should be $300 (doubled the usual $75/line for 2 lines). They said it'll take 2-3 months for a decision. I'm waiting for the $250 GCs to be mailed (claimed on 7/6, approved 7/7). I'll port out by next Saturday. I don't expect TCB to pay.

Maybe most of those users are not needing to place orders for new lines online? For example, just adding the discount to their existing account.

BTW, the porting and activation process AT&T has was seamless. I was impressed
To activate, go to H2O web site and follow the steps to activate. After you fill in the SIM number, the screen will refresh and shows you the plans. Select exactly as shown in the attachment and you won't have to buy any airtime.
You'll get an email confirmation of the port request, but you will not get an email confirming that it was successful. You need to check your AT&T account, the monthly cost and list of devices will change each time you remove a line.
