Is it a maximum of 2 or $200 for TCP? I'm porting 4 lines, have $200 pending.
It's TCB, not TCP, and their cb will track at $50/line no matter what "special/enhanced" rate they advertise. You'll have to file a claim and wait 2-3 months for them to (hopefully) honor the special/enhanced rate.

Also, I hope you're aware that there's a limit of two ATT $250 GCs per account.

Are all you guys submitting orders even though att.com is not secure for portions of the order entry? Maybe I should close my eyes and just do it?

Hi, I placed an order for two lines through TCP ( currently offer $100), but the pending cash back is only showing $100, not $200 as I expected. What should I do? Thanks.
Same issue. It's only giving $50 per line. I tried submitting a claim, but it then says I'm trying to claim a negative amount.

TCB is not an honest company, I used them for Xfinity cash back and got nothing, they advised $75 per line, even confirmed with their email, but in the end didn't even get one $75. I used BF, with multiple lines and all tracked well and got the rebate. What does negative amount mean?

TCB is a very bad cashback website. It used to be good, but I only use Raku10 or BF now.

BF has its own problem, just read the Sprint thread about all the cb that they reversed and didn't pay out. Raku does not give cb for this deal (lines with the $250 GC promo).

Looks like issue with your browser. Just now I tired with Chrome browser and connection is secure. Screen shot attached.

Edit - I navigated from Check eligible of port in number to check out screen and I can see https for entire session. Are you facing http in any of the specific screen?. If yes, that might be issue with the site.

I've tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Opera. I've tried Chrome on another laptop. All show "not secure" when I get to "Mobile number." I havent tried a tablet yet, wasnt sure if cashback would track properly on it.

edit: looks like it stays secure on my ipad. I'll try ordering on it.

When the 4 lines in my acct #1 were split into 2 plans, I contacted a Chat rep and she fixed it.
The only time I called was when I needed to confirm my ID with E-comm. The remaining contacts (split plans, late bill, getting the GCs, etc) were all done via Chat.
Mine cancelled 😫😫

I took screenshot of each page when I placed an order on Sunday. I was using Firefox. Looking at the screenshots, although they all showed "https" in the URL, most pages showed a padlock but some pages where you entered the info for porting showed an exclamation point. Probably an error by their web programmer, or they branched to another site that handles porting then branched back to their (secured) site to finish the ordering.

Maybe its an error but I didnt feel good placing the order. I assume its an error because it showed the padlock throughout the entire order on my ipad. But why would a programmer test the order process on an ipad but not on pc browsers?

Now I wait for the cancellation.
