Dyson.com has an Owner Rewards program that allows you to take 20% off select regular priced items. I myself am new to any Dyson products and when looking for a new vacuum I decided on a Dyson cordless vac and wanted one that I can swap a battery out if it died on me. Then looking at the price for this vaccum... that was a downer but found this 20% off deal. The way I did it was I called customer service and told them I was interested in the V11 Outsize and heard of a 20% off a regular priced item. I asked if this item qualified, so he looked it up and came back with a yes it qualifies and would throw in a floor dok for free. Price for me after tax came out to $679. I thought he was going to ask me for a serial number for one of my previously owned Dyson products to get this promo but he did no such thing. He just gave me the 20% off and I was happy.
If you decide to go the online route, I didn't see an option for adding the Floor Dok valued at $149.99 for free but you could add a Deep Clean Kit valued at $69.99 or Clean & Organize Kit valued at $74.99 for free. You will also need to own a Dyson product to get the 20% off. I think you plug in the serial number to get a one time code. The Floor Dok is nice and more expensive than the other two options, so I'm sticking with the way I purchased it. The vacuum itself has only been out a month or so and I sure wasn't paying full price for it and thought this might be a deal worth sharing if anyone really wanted a vacuum with easy interchangeable batteries.

FWIW, reviews I've read on the Outsize have been luke warm in that it doesn't seem to provide much benefit for the extra size and cost.
You have to be an existing Dyson owner with a Dyson.com account and a serial number from an OLD CORDLESS machine on your account. It's technically an Owners UPGRADE discount so the original poster saying they got it anyway without a serial number on their account is FALSE.
She also said they don't just "throw in" floor doks either-- that the packages they've had in the past that came with "free" floor doks were pre-packaged and in limited quantities.
AND she said there is NO "coupon code"-- that they have to apply the discount MANUALLY so this isn't something you can do yourself in checkout. The "emails" they send out don't actually have coupon codes in them-- they just tell you when an unadvertised "Owners Sale" is happening and what products it's for and then you have to ask for that special in the chat yourself and then they verify you're a legit Owner buy looking up your email address.
Also, $599 is closer to a 25% discount, how did you manage that?

They said dyson didn't qualify but they could honor a old sale price of $699

This just happened to me and I cant stand the gold. Why would they not let me know it's not the red? I think that was bullshit, so I already told them I'll be sending the gold one back.

Was easier than trying to talk to online rep.
