Just picked up the impact driver, hammer drill and wet/dry vac today. Debating whether to get the angle grinder and multitool. Anyone have any thoughts on the multitool? It's kind of old now and I'm wondering if Milwaukee will release a new Fuel version soon.

I only have a Milwaukee Drill and am looking to build out my tool set. Which is better - this deal and maybe a few one-off tool, or some bulk kit like this: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwa.../312763192

I did it. Setup a home depot pro account and they send you a 20 off coupon over 150, used that. Got the light for 121 and some change.
Is the promo still valid? Signed up for hd pro xtra but didn't get anything that resembled a coupon

Only tools I own are Brushless Makitas Impact / Drill with 3.0 batteries. Which I bought for $180 plus tax. Is it worth keeping the batteries on this $299 deal. Been thinking going Milwaukee for the rest of my tools. Will be using the light for camping.

Mine came about 24hrs after I setup the account. They send me them about once a month.

So, all in 68 bucks for the light. My home depot has them marked down to 179 though. They are hidden and were marked down back in 2019 and they didn't take the stickers off.
That's one heck of a deal. How hard was it to sell the battery kit? Considering people know that this is going on are people still buying on marketplace? Also I have both the items in store with same deal. It won't allow me to select in store pickup on the app for the battery kit so wondering if I can pick it up in store and it will still be split up like this on the receipt. And hd pro extra won't let me sign up as I have a normal account with HD already.

I'm on the fence too with the multi-tool. Not sure if I can resist tho.

I'd like to keep the 5 and sell the 2amp. Do the batteries come individually wrapped in retail packaging?

Considering its a charging kit with a bag it will be not in individual packaging. It will be like any other kit with individually tools wrapped in plastic.

The batteries come in plain brown boxes (not retail packaging)

Depends what you plan to use them for. The 5XC/2XC may be fine for your tools if you plan to use them intermittently. I prefer longer runtimes / more power so opted for the 8XC/6XC set.

Looks like the jigsaw just ran out of stock. I had it in my cart for the 8.0ah/6.0ah deal, but I've decided to wait for a sale on the barrel grip 2737B-20.

Well I don't really need a jigsaw if I'm being honest 😁
