How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

So, I maxed out my all in promo with 3 lines. To utilize this deal, rep said I would need to switch to magenta plan, which is practically identical. If I switch and get the 4th line free, my monthly payment will be $112 a month.

Same here. I tried twice - via. Tmobile app chat as well as fb messenger. both times I was told that I was in-eligible.
To others who are on One/One plus plan with a free line - I would be very careful with adding a 4th free line.

T-mobile is known to screw up their deals in the past. There are chances that you inadvertently got "upgraded" to a more expensive plan.

Can anyone confirm, are plans with the insider discount eligible for this promo or not?

I then spoke with an "expert" overseas who said I could get a free line if I added 2 more. Applause

For some reason my limit is 2 lines so I'd have to switch to add a 3rd line regardless. Magenta is $120 and my current plan with the Insider Discount is $80 so I'd be paying $40 more per month for a "free" line. No thanks. Lol
Yeah, that's unfortunate. I have all in promo and insider hookup as well. Rep said if I switch I'd still pay the same as I do now plus 4th line free. Will post if anything changes.

I was able to combined with 50% off iphone xs offer when I got the new free line added. I think this depends on the rep. I got through by having them call me. I would just try your luck elsewhere if they don't allow it at first.
Do you see the new line today

Just added 1 line free via chat without problems + $10 for the simcard ( I have 2 free lines before )
Does the receipt they sent you states that your "add a new line" fee is waived or does it still show as $20/$25 per new line and the new monthly fee has been increased? My rep told me my monthly fee and plan won't change, but the receipt I received from T-mobile didn't state that. Frown

Good luck. Maybe I'll try again to see if I get the same answer since most folks on here have different experiences with different reps. Lol

I thought it was $30 for the sim card
Nope. $10 + tax. However, it's possible I get charged a $20 assistance fee that applies for phone/in-store orders. That may be why some people say $30 ($10 for SIM + $20 fee).

But the email and charge on my credit card shows $10.63.

Hi all,

I have a Simple Choice plan with 5 paying lines, 2 free 6GB tablet lines (from Friends & Fam 2 Lines on Us). I was wondering what I can do to my account without affecting the free lines. I've heard that if you make changes to your account (remove a line) then you lose the free lines? What about adding a line or porting in/out a number?

Thanks

I have Simple Choice North America 6GB Family Match plan.
I was able to get the free line after chatting with T-Mobile rep via the T-Mobile app.
I paid $10 plus tax for a sim. No other fees.
I can also take advantage of the offers they currently have on phones when adding a new line.
I plan on getting the OnePlus 8 for 50% off once I get the sim.

I just used the on-line chat and was able to get a free line on my Simple Choice plan (with 3 active lines)! Only had to pay $10 for the extra sim card!
