How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

Same. Agent checked my account and without me asking mentioned my limit is 12
Likely your account qualifies for 12 lines based on your initial credit check, not your actual plan.

I was told as long as the promotion for the phone was running before you added the line it will qualify. But if a new promo starts after you added the line then it will not qualify.
This makes perfect sense....Thank you for adding that clarification. So for my othe line I have to find a promo which was running before I added it. thanks

to be honest, tmobile reps have a bad reputation about screwing people sometimes. u won't know anything 100% for sure until u c your bills months down the road
Yeah that's what I am afraid of. However, I've had tmobile forever and have never gotten screwed over. I messaged tmobile and because everything hasn't been processed yet, they will call me next week to confirm all the details. I hope things work out.

This is what he wrote via Twitter "Thanks for your patience. Super sorry again about the delay. I just finished checking out your account. Currently you have 10 lines and the cut off on the plan is 12. In other words, yes you would qualify for the free add a line promotion. Big Grin"

Called 611. Agent didn't know the promo so I gave him the refer code Doc 20Q23 . Verified that promotion starts today. Checked my plan and he says that my One plus plan isn't included. Offered to switch to newer plan. I'm currently paying $100 tax included so now it will be $120 on magenta. So basically I told him, ill pay more to get a free line. he said yes. Wow lol. Did someone lucky enough to avail this with One plus plan. Sorry its more than 80 pages and tried to look as same situation as mine.

T-Force, App chat, and Phone support are now saying a new requirement is, if you have a free line already on the account you will not be eligible for another. Which seems weird.
Not true .. i have the 5 line Magenta with one line free. Just added the 6th one for free few minutes ago + $245 iphone SE with tax/activation. All together plan price is $128 for 6 lines with basic one screen Netflix.

I just spoke with tmobile rep he said "Simple Choice North America" plan does not qualify for free line...

Did any one have added free line to "Simple Choice North America"?
I have 5 lines on a Simple Choice Unlimited Promotion plan (started with 2 lines many years ago), but I slowly added free lines whenever they ran these promotions for new lines. Less than $130 per month for all 5 lines.

I called 611 just now and got a rep from TN who was great. He added the free new line and charged me $31 for the Sim card to be shipped. He was NOT able to (or else try hard to) discount this Sim price shipped.

How long this deal will last ? Having a hard time getting ahold of someone
Was told definitely through the end of today, likely through weekend, after that, all bets are off, as my rep says the terms say it can end at any time.

If you are having trouble getting through, and have an iPhone, use iMessage Business chat. Got someone instantly. Took care of the whole through through iMessage.

I am on a T-mobile One 55+ plan that includes two existing lines.

I dunno, I'm a bit leery about this. Will there be activation fees, SIM card fees, and possibly annual fees down the road?

Also, if I did add this line for free, would it qualify for other such deals, such as getting 50% off an iPhone SE for adding that third line?
55+ rate plans do not qualify for the free line.

Unfortunately they did not waive it off said, i am already getting a free line and free ground shipping
For me he mentioned $30 SIM fee. I mentioned it's ridiculous to charge me $30 fro SIM specially since I won't use it. I will use E-SIM. That's when he explain that $10 is for SIM and $20 Activation fee and offered to only charge me $10 for SIM and waive the activation fee.

Every chat rep I've had today so far insists that Simple Choice 6GB Family Match Promo is not eligible and that I have to change my plan to get the line. :/

I'm gonna try to get t-force via social media and see what they say.

Not sure if it's been posted yet, but after talking with an agent that interpreted it as me having to add a 3rd line then get the 4th free, the next agent cut and pasted this info from the doc and explained that it means I activate a new one, then one of the three is free. I see why it's confusing:

Existing customers with at least 2 or more paid voice lines who activate at least one more voice line will receive one of those voice lines free (via monthly bill credits) when they choose a qualifying T-Mobile ONE, Simple Choice, Magenta, T-Mobile Essentials, or Business Unlimited rate plan. This offer is being marketed as "Add a line for free" and "Join with two or more lines and get one free".

I was able to get the iphone 11 on us with free line with iphone 8 trade-in. They took the iphone 8 details.
I would double check with Tmobile cause you need to port an existing phone number in from a different carrier to be eligible.

iPhone 11
See how to get one ON US when you switch & trade in an eligible device.
How to get this offer:
Join T-Mobile on an eligible plan and bring your number from an eligible carrier.
Purchase a new iPhone 11 64GB on a monthly payment plan.
Complete your purchase and make a down payment (if applicable).

Trade in an eligible device in good condition

It sounds like you got in on the "T-Mobile ONE all in" promo. This includes T-Mobile OnePlus for free. T-Mobile ONE and T-Mobile OnePlus rate plans are included, just not on the specific promo you landed on when you joined. This is just speculation though.

I was just told military plans don't qualify for free line. Is this accurate or is the rep wrong?
I checked with the first rep over the phone and got a green light but I didn't move forward since I haven't decided to trade-in or not.

(An hour later) I just got my free line added via 611 text message without any issues. I also got a credit for the new T-Mo SIM. I have the old T-Mobile One Military plan with 10 lines (now 11 with the free line)
