    It's a pretty good deal. I am in the market for a 1TB NVMe SSD though; I wish the 1TB version had a discount as well.

    I'm in the market for a new ssd but I wonder if Amazon will have a better deal on the 970 pro for prime day in October. This has half the expected endurance of the pro.

    Seriously don't get why people would pay this much for 500gb when you could easily find 1tb nvme ssd drives for less than $100. Stop wasting your money. It literally makes like no difference in games load times. This is if you're just using this drive for games. There are probably some other exceptions.

    I just wanted the 970 for a boot drive, but I guess I could just get a 128gb cheap nvme, and wait for the sn750 1tb deal.
