Depending on how tall you are size is a big deal.
Also the app integration also brings in chest strap support for heart rate. Not present on t101.
I've been eyeing this treadmill for a while. $40 is t going to get me to pull the trigger though.

Yes, this is the regular price. It is never $1200 and always on sale lol be sure to use a cashback site. I know it was 10% on the last sale posted here. That made it a slick deal for me. Plus, free shipping and no tax. I ended up purchasing the T202 but just installed it yesterday, so I can't comment yet on performance. However, the setup was a breeze. For anyone buying this, make sure not to tighten all the bolts fully until the end.
usc1787 answered it. That treadmill could never sell for $1200...well maybe I should say it SHOULD never sell for $1200...

I'm leaning towards saving $$ and going t202. The t101 seems like one to skip due to size, but I'm not sure what major draw is to the t303. I've never bought one of these things, so maybe I'm missing something?
I think the program/controls isn't worth the upcharge.
Hard to put a value on the warranty.
The motor might matter if you want to do some serious running and/or you're a large person, but it might not be noticeable. Seems like the company has reasonably good reviews.
Overall, for a home gym, I'd save some money and go for the HT202.
