Good deal on dual fuel inverter. For anyone looking to run on propane, I have not found many inverters in the 3000W range at this price. Shipping is included. Costco return policy.

List price - 799.99
Discount - 180.00
Total - $599.99

Good through 8/24

I got the standard gas one from the earlier deal but that is recoil start only. This model upgrades you to to an electric start plus propane for $100 more. Thats worth it to me to return the other model and buy this one instead.
Propane doesn't go bad like gas will but you get less watts from it and it costs more than gas to run. I keep a five gallon can of non ethanol gas on hand that I also stabilize. If I haven't used it in one year then I put it in my truck and I buy fresh non ethanol gas again and stabilize it. I can go for a five day running off and on with my little 2000/2200 genny that's hooked into my panel and it runs everything except my electric clothes dryer. If I ran LP I'd want to have a hook up for my 1000 gallon tank. This year I paid $0.94 a gallon to fill it and it's been under a buck a gallon for five years now.
Deciding between this one or the gas only 2200W at Sam's club at half the price.

My store doesn't. They have another brand that cost more than the 7500W one that was recently $599.99 (Firman | Costco https://www.costco.com/firman-750...48883.html)
Need to use UPS with this model
for your sensitive electronics though

Depends on your needs and how you plan to use it. If you share them, some might give them their opinion.

I bought the gas only version of this last year and was very impressed with everything about it, except that it wouldn't quite run my older RV air conditioner. I regretfully returned it. The fit and finish and how well it ran were impressive for the price, but it was a bit louder than I expected.

I think I may get two of the 2200W one at Sam's club to make it 4400W at the same price. Electric start is nice but the battery adds additional weight to it. The Westinghouse one I am looking at has pretty good review and it seems it only need one pull to start it up most of the time according to reviews. Dual fuel is the only thing that I want from this model.

I bought the Firman 2900W pulll start for $499 a couple months ago (online Costco at $140 off). I love it! Started on first pull ever too.... It runs my big ClassA RV AC perfect. Its quieter than normal generators, but its a little louder than I expected though. It says its as quiet as those Hondas, but its not... Still love it, I recommend this buy.

Wow, that must be one power hungry air conditioner. Over 2900 watts, I am really surprised how little power the newer air conditioners use, especially the split units.
