It may even be possible to combine this with $50 BYOD port-in promo for new customers.
Cheapest plan is $15/mo for Comcast customers.
Xfinity unlocks paid off devices after 60 days of use.

I'm sure somebody already said this, but you have to activate the offer from the Note 20 through the Shop Samsung App.
This will give you the credits to spend on the App for phone accessories.
I'm eyeballing those new LIVE earbuds pretty hard for $160.
You will need to unistall the app then reinstall. Then you will need to manually enter the imei number 1 at the top of the label. Do not use the scan feature as it will replicate the "not eligible" message

Btw, I've heard horror story about trading your phone to Samsung. If you don't meet their qualification, they still keep your phone?
i did that few years ago with iphone trade in. They disqualified my trade because I didn't factory reset my phone. Erased everything wasn't enough for them.

I went with ATT trade in for $1k
Same issue for me as well, I contacted chat support, and they said to try again later, it will work eventually. This totally sounds like bull to me, according to the FAQs page, if you're not eligible, you should receive an email in which you can send them proof of purchase and what not.
Mine said ineligible too. I called Samsung and they said it's happening a lot. They took my info and will have someone contact me to manually register for the promotion.
I'm having the same issue. Apparently if you pre-ordered through Xfinity there's an error that has to be corrected by contacting Samsung. They then have to escalate it to their Tier 3 support team, which could take up to 5 business days. Im still going through the process now.
I know that Xfinity Mobile used VZW towers, so would this be the same as being a VZW customer. I do realize Xfinity mobile may throttle after x amount of data, but should i be worried?
What are the negatives to switching to Xfinity mobile?
