did you take your meds? i read your post like 10 times and still dont know what your trying to say.

you said you saved money. but then you said because you could get 2 gal instead of 1. and $5 pie at costco instead of $3 at other stores.
Sorry English isn't your first language. You completely changed what I said, I understand why it makes no sense to you.

For those have difficulties to "accept" the terms, may be can try another browser. Usually I use chrome, and could check the "accept", when I use firefox, everything works.

My membership expired on 31st May 2020. And my wife had an addon card of that membership.

So now my wife is eligible for this offer. How they treat my Wife, as new Customer or existing customer? Can get the benefits of this offer and take membership on my wife's name?

Please reply
Thanks

Idk but what about Costco attracts people? I can't get options to choose from and also I find many items cheaper elsewhere. Does anyone feel the same?
are they they exact same products? Like brand and everything?

I'm still not sure if Costco is a good deal for those who don't have big households. e.g. for single people/couples. esp if you live in a city which has stores like TraderJoe's, ethnic food stores etc.

I've been a member in the past and found out that the huge variety of good just encourages you to shop more and go over budget - its why it was always full of people with loaded carts filling up their homes and maxing out credit cards.

Its worth it for purchases which save you a big chunk, such as some electronics, tires, gas, services etc but I don't use those that often. A lot of the essentials you can find for same price in smaller quantity at places like Smart & Final and you won't waste any.

I guess with pandemic bulk shopping makes more sense, but not sure if its still worth it.
Its like low prices at walmart for good quality stuff.Dont need to think twice if am overpaying since costco is going to be in the top 3 in your area.Dont want to run around to multiple stores. They provide cost effective solution for almost every big expense which saves you in the long run.

Agree some smaller stores can do better like Aldi with lower quantity but thats about it.Trader joes, smart n final dont come close to costco pricing.

I'm not sure if people know this but at Costco, Sam's, and BJs you can walk up to customer service without a membership and ask to just look around. Then, at most stores, if you want to buy something without a membership, they tack on 5% or whatever percent they want. I did this at Sam's and decided that it was not a good fit for us. But we were allowed to walk around for as long as we wanted.

Mine expired Sept 2019 -- usually you can't be a member for past 18 months to qualify for new membership promo

I know the terms state 4/1/20 as the cutoff for this one but anyone have a problem redeeming similar promos in the past with less than 18mo terms?

If you have problem with Groupon then LivingSocial also has it: https://www.livingsocial.com/deal...rship-2020 [livingsocial.com]
Valid only for new members and those whose memberships expired prior to April 1, 2020

From the livingsocial Costco page.

Hi, If you have a question about whether you qualify as a new member, please contact the membership counter at your local Costco.

Hi, customers must set up Auto-Renewal and pay for applicable taxes using a Visa card at the redemption process.
I sent you an email at your support page , i did not get a auto renewal option at the time of sign up ! My previous membership had expired in 2018.

Anybody who has done a costco/groupon deal before...how long did it really take for you to get the coupons? It says 4-6 weeks but I'm hoping sooner.

Really don't get why I need to be sent physical coupons in the mail like it's 1978.
asdfratSame problem for me, wiped out my VISA details after applying the shop card. Couldn't opt-in to auto renewal, as the credit card section was completely gone ("No credit card applied"). I set-up auto-renewal after buying the membership then. @Groupon, please look into this, it just does not work the way you describe it's supposed to work.

You need to input the shop card then you need to input your visa card and hit "place order". It'll be enrolled automatically
